City Express did an amazing job. Highly recommend! Ron set up an appointment the same morning on day that we called. Rich, the technician who came out, was kind, prepared and skillfully went through every corner of the apartment to seal off any entry for mice. The mouse that had been caught in a trap managed to escape before Rich arrived. So he went the extra mile to look behind appliances and in all rooms and closets of the apartment to confirm the mouse likely escaped back where it came in from. He sealed up that opening giving us reassurance our problem was resolved. On top of it, this team is available to come back out if these issues continue and they have flexible and weekend hours. Amazing! Wish we had found this company sooner instead of using the building extermination company!

I heard some scurrying in my closets yesterday. Called several exterminators but City Express was the most responsive and most helpful. I called them around 3:45 PM yesterday and they were at my apartment by 8:30 AM this morning to resolve the issue. joe Rodriguez, the technician, was great! He was professional, thorough, and friendly! Highly recommend!

Ron and Joe were very responsive, patient, kind and thorough. They were knowledgeable and I’m looking forward to having them return for the included follow up visit.

Ron really is a savior. No matter how long he’s been doing this he understood that for some of us it’s the first time dealing with rodents and was very comforting during the process. I was in a time crunch since I noticed the mouse a day before I had people coming over to stay and Ron did the impossible to come in before. I highly recommend this service. All good reviews in this app speak truth to my experience. Even though I don’t think I’ll have another problem because of how thorough he was, if I did have to call an exterminator again, it would definitely be City Exterminating.

We discovered a mouse in our apartment and filled the area with traps. Unfortunately this wasn’t enough – we had no choice but to call an exterminator. City express was incredibly helpful, they sent us someone within the same day we called. Joe our exterminator came right on time, was incredibly thorough, and afterwards walked us through everything he had done. He had patched up holes in the kitchen that our own super was not able to detect. He not only patched up all of our holes, but he also sprayed poison in all of the areas he knew the mice had been. He was also able to advise us on whether or not this was an infestation which is what we were worried about. Very professional – we can finally sleep at night knowing these little pests aren’t running around our kitchen! Highly recommend.

I contacted City Express on Sunday when I freaked out and saw a mouse. They responded right away and told me they’d be there Monday morning!!! It was so reassuring I was able to sleep. Jon came on Monday morning, caught the mouse, patched up the hole and did a thorough check of my apartment

We had a mouse sighting on a Sunday evening. Went to Yelp! and noted three companies with great reviews. We called all of them. City Express got back to us immediately and they were here at 7am the following morning. Team of two including son of the owner. They closed up holes behind radiators and spaces in between the floor and floorboards,and also put out poising for the mouse/misce. They also arranged for a followup visit, indicating that us that the offending rodent may be trapped in the apartment, either alive or dead.

Sure enough, a week later on a Saturday, the mouse (who’d clearly seen better days and she was not moving very fast) made its appearance. Wife lost her shit. We called City Express and they were over in, I’m not kidding, Gary was here in FIVE minutes. He was a pleasure to work wtih. I find that all of these guys take great pride in their work and really want to help you. After five minutes, Gary trapped the mouse, put it in a bag, and down the disposal it went, and all this time being a pleasure to deal with.

Would love to add something negative so people know I’m not a shill, but can’t think of anything. But I give zero stars to the univited mouse.

I came home late from work and discovered a mouse in my apartment. I called City Express and I spoke with the owner who advised me he would be sending someone out right away. When they got here, not only did they catch the mouse, but they found the root of the problem and sealed up all of the openings that the mice were coming from. The owners’ son, Jon, was extremely professional and thorough. Highly recommend these guys for any exterminating services! Keep up the good work!
